Past Life Regression (PLR) is a form of spiritual hypnotherapy which takes you back through time to your previous lives or incarnations by accessing memories and experiences that are normally hidden in your subconscious mind. If you are dealing with an issue that seems not to have a direct cause, PLR may help you to uncover the ‘source’ of the problem and unlock emotions and experiences stored deep within you memory.
I must mention that PLR is not an evidence-based therapy, though there are numerous researches that prove the efficacy of this method.
I firmly believe that Past Life Regression therapy is one of the fastest and maybe most transformative way for a person to clear blocked and inhibiting energies and gain new insights and new perspectives on oneself and their journey.
This experience allows you not only break the cycle of negativity - for example, a cycle of fear, cycle of anxiety, cycle of negative attachment, but also inspires and motivates for a personal growth and positive changes.
Seeing the spiritual perspective of a challenging relationship, a traumatic event or some difficult life circumstances fill you with hope and renewed energy, and provides with new positive insights into your situation.
The value of the cleared blocks and the new insights takes place in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual action that you choose to take in moving forward.
We work on a vision and motivation to help you achieve the individual shift, by integrating and taking steps to move foward. So that you feel empowered to move on a path of the New of your choice - new patterns, new behaviour - a transformed new life.
I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation via WhatsApp or phone. Here, you can ask me any questions you may have before booking your first session. Whether we work together or not, this discussion will remain confidential.
Past Life Regression Therapy.
PLR can help you better understand your karma and why things in this life happen the way they happen. You get answers to many questions and you learn to accept some circumstances and challenges in life that you previously couldn't.
You can also find the core to most if not all your physical issues. Most people find, once they know the basis of a physical problem, it might resolve itself fairy quickly. Same can be said about fear and phobia.
You understand better your relationships in this life, whatever they are karmic or not. You realise why certain people were put on your way and what role they play in your journey... on a bigger scale. For example, why you chose your parents and what lessons you must learn from them and your experiences with them.
It helps in releasing the outdated self limiting and restrictive beliefs, the irrational and negative self sabotaging thought patterns, the sorrow, the anger, the hurt, the shame, the blame, the guilt, the resentment, the chaos and the conflict, the victimisation of self, the burdens, the pain and the suffering.
You get to experience death and how it is to die. Which may sound terrifying, but, in fact, you realise that it's actually something beautiful and liberating. You experience your soul leaving your body and everything that happens after that. That is - you get "up there". This is especially valuable if you're in the process of grief, if you're afraid of death or have troubles accepting it.
Life Between Lives therapy (sometimes referred to as LBL or Spiritual Regression therapy).
Continuing with PLR (though, it can be done separately), you get up there and get to know everything that happens after death. You get to meet your Spiritual Guides, your Teachers and even your loved ones. Here, you get answers to most of your questions about your path. It is an extremely profound experience and can be truly life changing. You also experience no-body state, which is your nature state of being. Some of those things you get to experience in a PLR session. In LBL we go much deeper. That is, you get to experience Michael Newton's "Journey of Souls" yourself, step-by-step.
Current Life Regression that I usually combine with Perinatal or Womb regression.
You experience being in a womb, feeling your mother during pregnancy and things that happened while you were in the belly. You also get to experience your own birth. It's quite fascinating!
You can access to the memories that your subconscious mind has swept under the rug. It happens to erase traumatic experiences and events "in order to survive". Scientifically speaking, if the brain registers an overwhelming trauma, it can essentially block that memory in a process called - dissociation- or detachment from reality. This is how the brain will attempt to protect itself. We are not trying to "recover" those memories. We just see what your mind is offering us and we heal those events by releasing negative emotions attached to them. Usually those events are related to our parents. You give yourself a chance to see things from another perspective and it helps you understand their motives. Sometimes if needed, we regress in parents' childhood events to have a full picture of how their personalities were shaped. This is a great way to release the resentment and find forgiveness within.
After you "traveled" through your life, you get back to your mother's womb and further back to the day you were conceived. You can see your parents and their relationship before you were born. Then we go even further back in time, to the place where you planned this life and its lessons together with your Spirit Guides and Teachers before reincarnation. You communicate with them. It is a very valuable experience. You understand your life lessons and why life itself happens the certain way. Why you are the way you are and what role those challenges you face play in your journey.
Spiritual Hypnotherapy,
and more.
My area in expertise includes Soul Integration, Energy Healing, Gestalt Therapy, Clearing Energy Attachments, and working with Spirit Guides.
Remember that therapy is a team effort and success depends upon how we both work together. Though, the success depends more on the efforts and abilities of the client than on the skill of the hypnotherapist. (Hilgard, 1965) You retain the ability to control your behaviour during hypnosis, to refuse to respond to suggestions, and to even oppose suggestions. All the experience comes from within you.
Feel free to reach me if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Are you scared when you're being drawn into an interesting movie? When you're reading an engaging book? When you are driving on autopilot back home ("highway hypnosis")? Hypnotic 'trance' is a natural state that we enter several times a day. In fact, whenever you find yourself deeply absorbed in something, your subconscious mind becomes dominant. You are being in 'trance'. In PLR, you are simply entering that state. It is beautiful, very relaxing. Some people don't even want to get back to "reality" after the session is over because being in 'trance' is too wonderful. If you want to test yourself, I recommend to listen to some of my meditations on my Youtube channel. In those meditations I use self-hypnosis techniques for a deeper relaxation. Just try!
Also, you are not under someone else's power or control. It's a myth that people get from movies and comic books. In hypnosis you are generally aware, and fundamentally in control of everything that happens. I can't control your mind or negatively influence you. You are not in a vegetable state or something. We communicate through out all the session. In fact, communication is very important, and if there is something you don't feel comfortable with, you can simply tell me. Remember, you can be easily guided and free to accept suggestions, but it's you who takes decision to go left or right. You cannot be made to do anything you don't want to in hypnosis.
In other words: even in the deepest levels of hypnosis, you remain in control of your responses and will not accept suggestions which are in any way objectionable to you.
Absolutely everyone can be hypnotised. Entering hypnosis is as easy as daydreaming, if you can daydream or relax your mind in any other normal way then you can enter into hypnosis. Though, past life regression therapy itself is not for everyone. That is why before your first session I make sure to get to know you and your personal story better. The session will ultimately work out for the best if you provide me with a feeling for any issues you may wish to address in your session and ensure that the therapy is right for you. There is no way for sure we can know if you can access a pas life memory or your childhood memory for that matter until we try. If you don't succeed, we can arrange another session.
But I want you to remember that this is essentially a matter of belief and imagination. If you imagine that PLR is really difficult and you will be no good at it then, of course, you will find it to be so. But if you imagine that it is easy and believe you are doing well then you will be right. As the great American industrialist Henry Ford famously said: "Whether you say you can or you can't, either way you're right."
For online sessions, I typically utilize WhatsApp video calls, but feel free to suggest other platforms that suit you better. The primary goal is to ensure clear communication and connection, allowing me to see and hear you effectively.
During the session, you are comfortably laying down while drifting into a pleasant state of relaxation. Once I confirm that you're sufficiently relaxed, we'll proceed with the session content. The direction of the session depends on your goals, your readiness for inner work, your openness to change, and any unique circumstances present on the day of your session.
It's important to note that there's no significant difference between face-to-face and online sessions. Research indicates that online therapy is equally beneficial compared to in-person therapy.
Take advantage of the free 20-min consultation I offer. This allows you to experience online therapy firsthand and make an informed decision about proceeding further.
The duration of the first session varies, typically lasting around two hours, but it could be more or less depending on how quickly you enter a 'trance' state and the length of your journey. I don't monitor the clock during sessions. If you require more time, we can extend the session accordingly. Subsequent sessions tend to be shorter as you gain experience and familiarity with the process. Life Between Lives sessions are typically longer and may require previous experience.
Just before the session:
Some people can find one session gives them a massive shock of insight and changes their perspective dramatically. Processing such changes may require time, as this approach isn't conventional talk therapy but rather delves into deeper levels through hypnosis.
Unlike traditional therapy, there's no requirement for weekly or monthly attendance. Some individuals find that scheduling another session several months or even a year later can deepen their understanding and further their healing journey. Ultimately, the frequency of sessions is entirely up to you, and you may feel that a single session suffices for your needs.
This is one of the most commonly asked questions, and it’s completely understandable. If you’re having trouble relaxing during a hypnosis session due to factors like anxiety, inner resistance, or overthinking, don’t worry, it’s more common than you might think. As someone with a very active mind myself, I understand the struggle firsthand.
In such cases, we simply spend more time deepening your relaxation until you’re deep enough. It doesn’t matter how much time it takes. Know that it’s perfectly normal for your mind to resist letting go easily—that’s just its nature. The mind is not meant to be still.
I typically provide an audio recording of the hypnotic induction used during the session beforehand. This helps you feel more prepared and less anxious about the process. However, if circumstances don't align for you on that particular day, we can reschedule the session for a later time when you feel more comfortable and receptive. Alternatively, we can explore different relaxation techniques or approaches to help you relax more effectively before proceeding.
Remember, it’s crucial for you to feel safe and supported during the session. My job is to create an environment where you feel at ease and empowered to engage with the process. If you don’t achieve the desired state of relaxation on the first try, don’t worry. We’ll try again, and I’m confident that you’ll make it the second time around. Everyone does. And unlike some other hypnotherapists, I don’t charge extra for the additional session because I understand how frustrating it can be to let go sometimes. I’m flexible and responsive to your needs and concerns, and do all I can to facilitate a more positive and beneficial hypnosis experience for you.
Short answer is NO! Nothing can go wrong. There is no danger, whatsoever. You are perfectly safe being taken care by a professional. You can't get "stuck" in hypnosis. It is impossible. Just like you cannot get stuck in a daydream, in your imagination, or in meditation. It is a myth and misconception from Hollywood fiction. Given time you will either rouse yourself naturally or drift off to natural sleep. If for some reasons, we disconnect during online session, you would immediately notice it and would simply open your eyes, like if you emerged from a deep meditation, because you would not hear me talking. You can't stay in hypnosis even if you wanted to. There is absolutely nothing no fear or worry about.
I'll simply share this quote from "Through Time Into Healing" by Brian L. Weiss, M.D.:
“When you feel better as a result of a past life recall experience- whether a physical symptom has been alleviated, an emotional issue soothed, or you simply feel more confident and peaceful about your life and its direction, you don't need to question the logical validity of the experience. You know it has empowered you to improve the quality of your life in a very tangible way... It is exhilarating when you realize how much greater you are than your current, confined ego or personality. The real you, the immortal you, is the you that is present from body to body, from life to life. How exciting it is to meet yourself!”
False memory syndrome has repeatedly been the cause of many court cases. The thing is that even the most vivid memories are very subjective and not reliable. In fact, the more time has passed since the event, the less credible memories of that event are, to the point of disinformation and illusion. Recollection of memories is always a reconstruction, each and every time. It can also be as just the mind creating a painful scenario which is then decided as a memory. In regression we are not trying to “recover” those memories in a harm way or trying to turn your attention away from the actual issues of the present. What we are doing here is that we try to sooth an emotional issues related to certain events, treating each memory as if they are real. It is more about changing perspective and free yourself from any unhelpful emotion that is "stuck" within to help you move forward. In my practice nothing traumatic or dangerous has every happened. I am also very careful when asking you questions while you are experiencing memories. I am not leading you or trying to influence you in any way because I don't want to create any false memories that are unfortunately associated with this practice. So don't worry about that!
You could experience strange feelings of heaviness all down one side of the body—phenomenon of this sort can be assumed to be injuries suffered by one of your past lives. If you suffered something unpleasantly painful, and it happened to come up in one of your past life memories it is unlikely you will physically feel it to that extent in your session. You may experience a physical sensation of pain or strange feeling in a part of your body as a sign or symbol of what happened to you in this memory you are recalling. Remember, you are completely safe, and if you are feeling severely uneasy, or in a lot of pain (highly unlikely), I will make sure to care for you appropriately. Keep in mind though that this is rare and not something you need to worry about. I am here for your concerns and will provide a safe space when you need.
If some healing work is done, you may experience some physical discomfort, nausea, dizziness and lightheadedness after the session, or on the next day. This is completely normal. The body is healing itself. If the feeling of discomfort doesn't go away, contact your doctor.
